This project is situated a few meters from the coast, facing the Bay of Navidad in Chile’s central-southern region. The site combines a forest typical of transversal valleys with a coastline formerly industrial, now developing as a holiday area. Designed for four families (14 people in total), this compact 111 m² structure consolidates various preferences within a single vertical volume.
Elevated to maximize views from an upper-level terrace, it departs from typical coastal typology, using height to overcome obstructions. Inside, a central void contains circulation areas, with identical private spaces for each family located on different floors. Externally, raw wood cladding and a unified façade-roof design follow a functional aesthetic, balancing durability with local environmental conditions.
